Phone Consultation
Starting with a phone conversation to understand: the scope, budget, and expected timeline of your project; specific utility, access, and zoning requirements for your site; and your personal expectations for the process.
Site Meeting
Next, we will visit your future project site to document existing conditions, discuss your vision in detail, start planning for your structure's requirements, and prepare a preliminary cost estimate.
Preliminary Estimate
We create your estimate based on a compilation of historical costs that we maintain. This rough estimate serves as a preliminary figure to guide our process. Using the information available, we can provide you with the most likely scenario for your total all-inclusive cost.
Design Phase
This is where the real fun begins! We put together detailed plans and specifications that describe exactly what we are going to be doing and when it is going to happen. In the design phase, we also put together a fixed-price proposal to do your job. You'll know what you're buying and how much it will cost before we start.
Construction Phase
At this stage, we transition to a "pure contractor" role, dedicated to completing your project efficiently and promptly. Should any unforeseen issues arise—such as hidden dry rot, water damage, or substandard electrical—we will promptly inform you before proceeding with additional work.
Finish Work
We will make any last final touch ups and settle up the cost.
