SW Hills Remodel
We first met Quinn and Amber when they approached us about structural issues following the removal of an existing fireplace, which left a three-inch sag in the center of their home. Collaborating with our structural engineer, we developed a comprehensive plan to address these concerns while bringing their vision for their dream home to life.
We undertook a complete remodel of their 3,000-square-foot home, which included structural upgrades to the ground floor, featuring an exposed wood clear-span beam that aligned with their vision. Additionally, we revamped the kitchen and bathrooms, installed new windows, and upgraded the flooring, tile, plumbing, and electrical systems.

We connected with Quinn and Amber through our mutual appreciation for sailing, which fostered a partnership built on respect and collaboration which allowed us draw on eachothers expertise.
